our story

Moselle grew up overseas with a missionary surgeon father. She knew from childhood that God had called her to medical missions. Kevin spent most of his formative years flirting with the idea of going on the mission field, but it wasn’t until he married Moselle that he took on the shared calling to the medical missions.

We married, knowing that we would be searching and praying for God to send us overseas. However, the first 8 years of our marriage were spent in Columbia, Missouri for Moselle’s medical training. During Moselle’s years in OB/GYN residency, she developed a passion and talent for surgical instruction. Kevin realized his giftings for building community and connecting with people during residency. We both realized that residency is HARD for participants and their families, and there grew a desire in our hearts to support others through their experiences in training.

Hello There from the Stark Family!

Now that Moselle is trained up and Board Certified, we have been able to pray and search for opportunities to serve overseas in the ways God has gifted and led us. We found the OB/GYN residency training program in Tenwek Hospital, Kenya. There Moselle can provide knowledge and community for residents, as well as point them to Christ in the same way she was during her transformational training.  There will also be opportunities for Kevin to be an agent of connection and encouragement to faculty, residents, and their families. We can see God’s hand leading us to this point, and it makes us excited for what He has in store!
